We are a family run business headed up by husband and wife team, Ian and Cheryl Gray. We have lived in the Halliday’s point area for most of our lives and raised our 3 children here, all of whom have worked in the business since the beginning.

With over 30 years of experience in the building industry and a background in architectural homes, resort building and eco-based projects Ian brings big ideas, a passion for problem-solving and a dedication to quality. He strives to improve the functionality and aesthetics of every build he works on.
Over the past 20 years, we have built a reputation for quality and collaboration. We take care of all the details during a build so our clients can relax knowing their dream home is in good hands.
Cheryl Gray
Cheryl is our all-rounder, taking care of project management, creative design and styling, as well as business administration.
Cheryl offers consultation on colour options and helps our clients to hone their interior styling choices, providing feedback and advice to ensure the desired results are achieved.
