Building on a difficult block, the challenge with this house was to bring the designs to life whilst maximising space on the block. The outcome is a home that provides plenty of living space and makes the most of the stunning views.
Client Brief:
To bring to life the plans and maximise living space, accessibility and spread on a steep block, whilst creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing home.
To work with a builder that would flexible during the build and communicate regularly to ensure collaboration on all important decisions.
